the service here is an absolute mess. I arrived before check-in and was told to wait 30 minutes for my luggage, how preposterous! Even worse, breakfast was a struggle, I almost had to starve. I could've given them a good review, but I expected a complimentary welcome drink that never came. They just don't understand special treatment!

For a quick family getaway to explore historical sites, this spot was just right. The family room was spacious enough for two adults and two teenage boys, which made our stay comfortable. We loved being able to grab breakfast essentials from the nearby supermarket instead of paying the hotel prices. It’s also close to the Memorial, making it super easy to get to the attractions we wanted to see.

The chocolate muffins were an absolute treat! Our family room fit like a glove, spacious enough for our adventure squad. Plus, the location made it easy-peasy to pop over to the nearby La Boucherie for a solid steak dinner.

Room was lekker comfy and spacious, no noise at all, really chill. The brekkie was a proper jol – fresh croissants and all. Staff were sharp-sharp, made everything easy, even sorted us out with late check-in!

Convenient base for Normandy adventures

I stayed for 3 nights in a family room, which was spacious enough for two adults and two teenagers. The hotel is near the Caen Memorial, making it easy to access all the historical sites. We had to grab breakfast elsewhere since the hotel's option was priced at €14.50 per head, but the location is great for quick supermarket runs. While the room was clean and comfortable, the dining situation could use some improvement.
